During my early career as a Certified Public Accountant, I developed a deep respect for the value of good financial records in assessing past performance. I also learned the contribution they can make to looking forward and informing future decisions.

I have been working as a business improvement specialist to businesses for close to 20 years now. My understanding of what you need to do to grow your business is greatly enhanced by being able to use your financial information to help you decide when to do it.

While no longer practicing, I continue to maintain my credential as a CPA.

The common thread of my career is change. For five decades I have been intentionally engaged in change; for the last three decades I have also been a student of change. My experience in navigating change has given me deep insights into what works, and what doesn’t, when facing and moving through change.

I understand the external forces that drive, and repel, it. And, I understand the internal forces that both push us toward change and that hold us back. I understand who you need to be to grow your business and live your vision. I am an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Professional Coach and a past member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
